Choose Paper Options from the Layout menu or the Data Entry dialog box to modify options that describe the page and sheet you will print on.  The options you set affect only the currently selected layout.  The dialog box shows the paper options last saved for this layout type.

The options include paper type (cut sheet or tractor feed), form type (such as classic organizer or letter), measurement units (inches or centimeters), margin from the edge of the page (the paper), preferred orientation (portrait or landscape), the size of the form, the number of forms per sheet, and the paper size.  For information on each option, see “Paper Options” in Chapter 5 of the manual.

Note:  Selecting your Preferred Orientation in this dialog box does not replace selecting the Orientation in the Page Setup box when you print.  If the Preferred Orientation doesn’t match the Page Setup orientation, an alert box opens, warning you of the conflict.  At that time you can either change the Page Setup, or choose Print As Is, which means that Address Book Plus will use the Page Setup orientation.
